  3. International Shipping
    We ship internationally to a wide range of countries. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders vary by destination. International shipments may take anywhere from 7-21 business days, depending on the country and customs processing times.

  4. Free Shipping Promotions
    From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions for eligible orders. Please check our website or sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on promotions and discounts.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the delivery destination. You will be able to review the shipping cost before finalizing your purchase. International customers may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once you place an order, it will be processed within 1-2 business days, provided all items are in stock. If your order contains items that are backordered or pre-ordered, it may take additional time for processing.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose and the destination of your order. Domestic orders typically take 5-7 business days for standard shipping, while expedited orders will be delivered in 2-3 business days.

For international orders, delivery times can vary greatly depending on the destination, customs processing, and shipping carrier. International orders may take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days.

Please note: Shipping carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS) may experience delays that are outside of our control, especially during peak seasons. If there are any significant delays in delivery, we will do our best to inform you and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL). Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, ZoriMavel is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items. We strongly recommend that you track your package to ensure it arrives safely. If you suspect that your package has been lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also reserve the right to restrict shipments to certain countries or regions depending on the local laws, regulations, or other factors.

Customs and Duties for International Orders

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their orders. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are assessed by the local customs authority at the time of delivery. ZoriMavel is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges imposed by the destination country.
